The earlier, the better — especially for spring through fall weddings in Western North Carolina. Most couples book 6–9 months in advance, but guest counts and quantities can be adjusted later as RSVPs come in.

Yes. We know guest counts change during wedding planning, so additions and quantity updates are welcome within designated planning windows. Final details are confirmed closer to your event date.

Your proposal includes all costs upfront before booking, including delivery, applicable taxes, and any optional services. No surprise fees after signing.

Both options are available. We offer delivery throughout Western North Carolina, and select smaller items may be picked up from our warehouse by appointment.
