  • Browse our collection and add your favorite pieces to a wishlist on the website. Once we review your selections, we’ll confirm availability and send a custom proposal. To reserve your date and items, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required.

  • The earlier, the better — especially for spring through fall weddings in Western North Carolina. Most couples book 6–9 months in advance, but guest counts and quantities can be adjusted later as RSVPs come in.

  • Yes. We know guest counts change during wedding planning, so additions and quantity updates are welcome within designated planning windows. Final details are confirmed closer to your event date.

  • Your proposal includes all costs upfront before booking, including delivery, applicable taxes, and any optional services. No surprise fees after signing.

  • Both options are available. We offer delivery throughout Western North Carolina, and select smaller items may be picked up from our warehouse by appointment.

  • Yes — limited appointments are available to view specific pieces. Reach out to schedule a visit and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • If plans change, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be available depending on availability, and cancellation terms are outlined in our policies.
